Job Description

·        Assist with administrative support with licensing compliance systems.

·        Answer phones and respond to email inquiries regarding occupational licensing and track all correspondence.

·        Support licensing team in occupational system configuration and maintenance.

·        Support maintenance of system documentation used for employee training.

·        Coordinate occupational employee training.

·        Run and distribute system reports.

·        Arrange for meeting logistics including equipment, food, and presentations.

·        Be in charge of invoice processing and other general administrative duties.

·        Perform other duties as request.

Job Requirement

·        A high school diploma or equivalent or a bachelor's degree in business administration, criminal justice, law or related fields are preferred.

·        Must have 3-5 years minimum experience supporting a Director or above.

·        Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.

·        Must have in-depth knowledge and skills in time management, prioritization and organization.

·        Must have excellent written and verbal communications abilities.

·        Must have a professional demeanor and have phone etiquette skills.

·        Ability to make independent decisions as needed.

·        Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

·        Work extended hours and be available around the clock in case of emergency.

·        Tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
