Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job

Reporting to Assistant Manager, Performance Management and Training; assist in the delivery, evaluation and enhancement of training programs as mandated by Table Games in consultation with the Learning and Development Department. Assist to develop new curriculum and design training programs to ensure they meet both the business needs of our guests and the personal and professional development need of team members. Assist to facilitate high impact coaching sessions and skills remediation workshops in response to the performance needs of Table Games. Ensure compliance with all gaming and company regulations and procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and deliver classroom training: e.g. guest service training, language training;
  • Keep track on the training record and report on training progress;
  • Assist in preparing training material: MS PowerPoint, Poster;
  • Classroom set up and equipment/props preparation before training;
  • Prepare training schedule under guidance;
  • Assist to provide regular updates and standardized reports to Gaming Management;
  • Assist in the hiring and on-boarding process for new staff;
  • Performing other relevant job duties as requested by Management.

Job Requirement


  • Vietnamese citizen ONLY
  • Proficient in Written and Spoken English and Vietnamese
  • Solid Skill in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Words
  • High School Degree, College or University Degree in related field preferred
  • Classroom training experience in the Hospitality and/ or gaming industry preferred
