Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job

Reporting to Senior Manager, Performance Management and Training; assist in the delivery, evaluation and enhancement of core training programs as mandated by Table Games in consultation with the Corporate Training and Development Department. Assist to develop new curriculum and design training programs to ensure they meet both the business needs of our guests and the personal and professional development need of team members. Assist to facilitate high impact coaching sessions and skills remediation workshops in response to the performance needs of Table Games. Ensure compliance with all gaming and company regulations and procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and deliver guest service training programs and VIP service enhancement workshops
  • Provide guidance, direction and coaching to table games management and staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Assist in the development of training manuals including the processing of training videos.
  • Assist in regular assessments of table staff to evaluate their proficiency in guest service and technical skills
  • Assist in regular workshops for skills improvement and refresher training on an ongoing basis for existing team members
  • Assist to provide regular updates and standardized reports to the Director of Table Games on budgetary expenditures, classroom attendance and program evaluations
  • Assist in the hiring and on-boarding process for new employees

Job Requirement

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 03 years of experience in training management experience.
  • Knowledge/ Certificates: Train the trainer
  • Experience: MS Office required. Classroom training/ facilitation experience in the Hospitality and/ or gaming industry preferred.
  • High School Degree, College or University Degree in related field preferred, from an accredited institution, and/ or equivalent work experience.
