Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Executive Support

1. Assists the General Manager with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging transportation and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

2. Communicates with Department Heads and General staff on the General Manager’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with HASD, SGMC and All Departments

3. Conducts research on prospective corporate, competitors to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals.

4. Drafts reports, speech writing, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with related parties and prospects.

5. Supports General Manager in his external commitments related to, including service on SGMC Executives.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Performs other duties as assigned.

2. Oversees the administration work of all Secretaries and Administrative Assistants.

3. Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones, accepting package and other deliveries, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.

 

Job Requirement

Experience & Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with social sciences background and an interest in national and global issues.

2. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

3. Two to Five years providing support for upper-level management.

 Skills & Abilities:

1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners and vendors.

2. Previous experience working with development, medias and corporations.

3. Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint; general data management systems knowledge helpful.

4. Ability to learn new software including Gaming, Marketing Systems & Reporting.

5. Ability to conduct research and present data in a concise and well-written manner.

6. Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.

7. Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.

8. Ability to work with a broad range of people including Departmental Heads, General staff, Colleagues, and Others.

9. Knowledge of other languages such as Chinese, Korean and international customs is an asset; knowledge of Chinese or Korean is helpful.

10. Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

11. Ability to abide Company’s Confidentiality Policy.
