Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Casino Brand Marketing is responsible for the development of guidelines, tools and other resources—including but not limited to Visual Identity—to successfully and efficiently execute various programs and initiatives to achieve Brand and Marketing objectives.

Primarily pulling Brand Platform strategy into creative execution, this role contributes specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline area to support team and department business objectives. This position requires work to be done under limited supervision, within established guidelines, and entails the development and analysis of more complex business information to assist in the decision-making process. Working with internal and external clients, the Sr. Manager, Casino Brand will manage the Brand identity of print and digital tools, collateral, newsletters, direct mail, photography and videography. The Senior Manager, Casino Brand Marketing is also responsible for cross-functional department projects such as Casino Events & Promotions, Casino Entertainment, Casino Food & Beverage, Casino Shopping and Program Launch events, in addition to reviewing and managing all brand-related marketing communications needs, including those in support of Casino Marketing Operations, social media, e-mail templates, CRM, etc.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

* Collaborate closely with agencies, vendors and the internal and external clients to create outstanding Marketing material standards for HOIANA CASINO.

* Manage/facilitate key processes involving agencies – direct and synchronize agency deliverable timelines across major strategic initiatives.

* As appropriate, manage and/or support Casino Marketing initiatives, including internal clients, Brand Partnerships, Brand Voice, Design and Global Spa Strategies, Mobile F&B, Social Media campaigns and assets, etc. Clearly and regularly communicate timelines, deliverables and success metrics to key stakeholders. Provide support to internal cross-functional departments, agencies and vendors to ensure efforts are aligned.

* Develop business requirements, then direct and implement solutions to address unique needs, such as those related to the customer communications and vendor relationships.

* Support the AVP, Casino Marketing and Director, Casino Marketing & Communications, Manager, Casino Communications, and internal clients in setting the direction of the editorial calendar, content and photography for custom published magazine advising of brand goals and relevance. Manage deadlines, budget and global distribution with the vendor. Communicate with the field and obtain input for appropriate features.

* Partner with the appropriate brand co-workers on the development and management of the Brand’s content strategy and asset creation.

* Create and oversee the Brand photography and videography standards and ensure continuous updating of creative assets. Provide oversight and leadership to the Marketing Coordinator on the management of the image library and maintenance of all usage rights, in addition to coordination and styling of photo shoots.

* Collaborate, manage and review all Brand-related divisional marketing needs.

* Successfully achieve Casino and Marketing objectives on time and within budget, while ensuring quality and Brand standards are met.

* Create and facilitate marketing communications integration – look and feel, messaging, timing and sequencing.

* Facilitate and drive tactical and strategic marketing communication ensuring adequate resources are available and prioritize agency time and resources when/where necessary.

* Support the Director Marketing & Communications, Senior Manager of Creative, Senior Manager of Communications in the management of collateral, photography, etc. Supporting Operations

* Play crucial role of planning and prioritizing agency resources and interactions against the associated Brand and marketing work plans and be responsible for tracking against those work plans. Set and maintain timelines and budgets associated with these processes, in addition to maintaining up to date communications with leadership regarding these efforts.

* Create, direct and update the Brand graphic style guide and standard operating procedures for all Marketing materials, including but not limited to photography and videography. Provide standards for the Senior Manager of Creative in roll-out training and implementation.

* Facilitate, develop and manage implementation plans for portfolio-wide major initiatives, track status and accomplishments.

* Develop necessary business requirements, then direct and implement solutions, to address unique global needs, such as those related to the advertising and vendor relationships.

* Successfully achieve sales and marketing objectives on-time and within budget, while ensuring quality and brand standards are met. Additional Responsibilities

* Informs, updates, and provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person in a timely manner.

* Attends and participates in all relevant meetings.

* Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise, organized manner.

* Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up.

* Maintains positive working relations with internal customers and department managers.

* Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner.

* Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirement

* 5-7 years minimum in marketing with at least 5 years directly managing teams and/or partner agencies/freelancers in the areas of copy editing, photography and video production and graphic design.

* Preferably have worked with or for 4A’s Marketing Agencies

* Preferably solid experience in Casino, Entertainment, Hospitality, High-End Retail

* Proven budget management skills.

* Experience in developing and implementing a visual identity program across multiple traditional and digital channels.

* Proven ability to facilitate and work effectively with cross-functional teams in support of specific business priorities.

* Proven track record with managing complex brand marketing programs.

* Demonstrated project leadership skills.

* Travel, hospitality experience strongly preferred, luxury industry experience a plus.
