Job Description

  • Fully in charge of employee recruitment and employment.
  • To discuss with concerning HOD about the vacant positions to ensure the job requirement.
  • To keep and update all hotel job descriptions. Confirm with HOD any update in case of vacant position.
  • Fully in charge of all recruitment advertisement, including choosing effective recruitment media; maintain good communication with all local professional agency, schools, government associated recruiting bureau and other recruitment media; opening up new effective recruitment media to ensure smooth recruitment process.
  • As one of recruitment medias, to public all vacant positions officially to hotel employee on a periodic basic.
  • To be responsible to interview candidates for primarily selection and recommend to using departments. 
  • To make sure background investigation to all candidates and candidates for finance department, in terms of oral or written investigation.
  • To make sure to reply properly to all candidates that who has not got offer.
  • To establish and maintain candidate profile.
  • To complete Monthly Employee Turnover Report and discuss with Director of Human Resource the trend and solution proposal.
  • To coordinate with New Employee Orientation Training

 

Job Requirement

- Thorough knowledge of Hotel operations

- Wide candidates network

- Strong organizational skills

- Good English Language and Vietnamese Language skills

- Open minded – dealing with cultural differences

- Diplomacy – must be able to build up close, respected relationships with management team
