Mô Tả Công Việc

This position oversees all recruitments of Hoiana Management, that included but not limit for all local and expat positions, from executive to entry level vacancies. This one is a representative of the Company in liaison with external partner in hiring & selection, including HR service companies, colleges & schools, internship exchange. This position also assists Department other HR operations of compensation and benefit, policy and procedures, employee relations, HR software, etc. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with HR policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the standard of Hoiana Management.

To manage the administration and implementation of effective policies and strategies related to all human resource practices aligned with the overall business strategy including organization chart, manning guide, job descriptions, recruitment, working visas, general staff activities, etc.

To assist in the administration of training and human resources related matters.

  • Develop human resource system for pre-opening period of Hoiana Management’s containing manning guide, organization chart, job descriptions, staff on-boarding timeline in coordination with Company policy and in line with the overall HR system.
  • Assist Department other HR operations of mass recruitment, employee relations.
  • Directs the internal and external recruitment and placement activities for Hoiana Management to include university, colleges, local nationals and expatriates.
  • Develop recruitment and placement policies, systems and procedures including strategies and selection techniques.
  • Manage, develop Hoiana Career Page of Talent Solution with Facebook & Linkedin Page.
  • Review all recruitment advertising.
  • Assist Department in recruitment strategic action plans in considering the market mechanism, labor development tendency, salary and benefit bench mark.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to enhance the recruitment and employment processes.
  • Assist all departments in selecting employees that will be a strong cultural fit to serve guests in the luxury market.
  • Coordinate, negotiate and administer all sourcing/recruitment agency relationships.
  • Assist and implement diversity initiatives so that the workforce is consistent with the communities in which they operate and the guests in which they serve.
  • Act as a liaison between Hoiana Management and other property such as Suncity, Rosewood in which they operate to generate interest and strong relationship for the workforce.
  • Maintain and administer on-boarding and orientation programs.
  • Provides strategic direction for the department and proactively conveys guidelines for staff that shapes the unparalleled standards expected.
  • Make certain that areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels. Proper utilization of resources is a must.

  • Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
  • Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
  • Keeps leadership informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
  • Coordinate well with related departments/properties in all centralized matters related to staff services, staff benefits, staff village, etc.
  • Bridge the management and employee relations by formal and informal ways for staff survey to increase staff morale and performance and nurture a positive working environment.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with local employment officials.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Attend various human resources related meetings as necessary.

Other Duties:

  • To comply with all standards of performance, behaviour, and operational policies and procedures in place at all times.
  • Participates in appropriated internal and external activities to enhance prestige of the Company.

Performs other relevant duties as directed by the management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Comprehensive knowledge of local employment legislation and any other laws relating to the recruitment, employment terms and conditions, remuneration, working conditions and performance evaluation.  
  • Bachelor degree and a higher education completed required.
  • Minimum of five years experience as human sources supervisor position - recruitment at the international hospitality industry or multinational firms required.
  • Strong in the recruitment & selection.
  • Strong in team leader ability
  • Experience with Talent Solution or other HR system a must
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the English and Vietnamese language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. 
  • Exceptional and professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Recognized experience in hiring, training and empowering employees who are also held responsible and given consistent feedback.
  • Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
